The health and safety of all participants remain the top priority at Over The Edge and we will continue to monitor information released by the Center for Disease Control and the World Health Organization for accurate, unbiased coverage of the outbreak.

Over the Edge is one of the few events that actually supports social distancing, especially once the rappelling begins. The event is held outdoors and rappellers have scheduled time slots so there will not be large gatherings of people at any one time.

The Over the Edge National Team has developed plans for the event during this time of heightened awareness to ensure social distancing and group size restrictions of 10. They have made changes to the event set-up and flow, and are providing personal protective equipment for staff, volunteers and participants.
